Once you purchase an AI Polaroid Photo, you own full rights to the generated image. You may use it for any purpose, including commercial use, without additional licensing fees or attribution requirements.

The Service, including its design, logos, text, and graphics (excluding user content), is owned by AI Polaroid Photo and protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Payment and Refunds

5.1 Pricing

The current price for generating an AI Polaroid Photo is $4.99 USD per image. Prices are subject to change with notice.

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

5.3 Refund Policy

We offer a money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your AI Polaroid Photo, contact us within 7 days of purchase at [email protected] for a full refund. Refund requests must include your order confirmation and reason for dissatisfaction.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Technical issues or outages
  • Circumstances beyond our control

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
